How I Fix Your House — Simple Steps

I'm Terry Gregory. I've fixed Texas foundations since 1986. Factory straps often fail over time. I replace them with heavy anchors and tied steel. I write clear notes so FHA inspectors can see the work and approve it.

Holes Dug and Heavy Concrete Poured

I dig 2'x2'x2' holes for each anchor. I pack about 800 lb of concrete in each one. That gives a heavy base under your house.

Steel T-Pipe Welded to the Frame

I weld a thick steel T-pipe to the floor frame. The T-bottom stops your house from shifting up or down. It ties the frame to the anchors below.

Drill and Tie Into Rock

Sometimes the ground is full of rock. I drill at an angle into the rock. Then I drive heavy rebar deep down. That holds your home where it should be.
